OMCA Staff

Our staff is knowledgeable and always happy to talk with residents. The Community Association is a place where you should feel comfortable going to share your concerns, suggestions and feelings about your neighborhood — you will always be welcomed.

Sandy Cederbaum

Village Manager

The Village Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the Community Association. She is the staff liaison to the county, Columbia Association and various agencies throughout the county. As village manager she manages all human resource and financial matters.

Susan Azoulay

The Other Barn Rental Coordinator

The Facility Rental Coordinator handles all aspects involved in renting the Other Barn. From the first time you step into the venue you can be certain that every detail will be taken care of.

Brigitta Warren

Event & Administrative Coordinator

The Event Coordinator implements the success of events such as the Oakland Mills Cultural Arts Festival, Lively Arts for Little Ones, holiday events, Master Gardener programs, concerts and more. The role as Administrative Coordinator provides direct support to the Village Manager and Board of Directors.

Covenant Advisor - Violations

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

The Covenant Advisor for violations provides guidance regarding village architectural matters  to lot owners in Oakland Mill, including maintenance and lot violations.  Works with the village architecture committee, other village covenant advisors and the Columbia Association to provide quality covenant administration.

Carrie Wenholz

Covenant Advisor - Applications

Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 am to 2:30 pm

The Covenant Advisor for applications provides guidance regarding village architectural matters  to lot owners in Oakland Mill, including maintenance and exterior alterations.  Works with the village architecture committee, other village covenant advisors and the Columbia Association to provide quality covenant administration.
