The Oakland Mills Cultural Arts Festival, held every October, draws crowds from all over Howard County and beyond!

Held at the Oakland Mills Village Center in Columbia, the festival will offer great food, activities for kids, crafts galore, health screenings, foreign car display and more. Continuous entertainment and admission is free, so join us for a great day.
