Many residents cooperated to produce this document, including the Neighborhood Enhancement Committee, the Resident Architecture Committee, Village Board members, and all of the residents who commented in person or by email when we posted the first draft in January. We considered all of these comments in producing the current draft.
On February 28, the Village Board will vote on whether to accept this document and submit it to the Columbia Association’s Legal Counsel for a legal review.
If the CA Legal Counsel requires changes, they will be made, and the Board will vote on the revised Guidelines in March, to take effect immediately.
