Events & Facility Coordinator
The Event Coordinator implements the success of events such as the Oakland Mills Fall Festival, Lively Arts for Little Ones, holiday events, concerts, and more. The Facility Coordinator handles all aspects involved in renting The Other Barn. From the first time you step into the venue you can be certain that every detail will be taken care of.
The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Village Manager and Board of Directors.
Covenant Advisors - Property Concerns
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Covenant Advisor for Property Concerns provides guidance regarding village architectural matters to lot owners in Oakland Mills, including maintenance and lot violations. She also works with the village architecture committee, other village covenant advisors, and the Columbia Association to provide quality covenant administration.
Covenant Advisor - Applications
Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
The Covenant Advisor for Applications provides guidance regarding village architectural matters to lot owners in Oakland Mill, including maintenance and exterior alterations. She works with the village architecture committee, other village covenant advisors and the Columbia Association to provide quality covenant administration.
