Proposed Oakland Mills Architectural Guidelines
The Oakland Mills Board of Directors will hold a community hearing February 27, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. during the OM Board meeting to receive community input on the Proposed Oakland Mills Architectural Guidelines.
A copy of the proposed guidelines is posted on the Oakland Mills website, Oaklandmills.org and a copy is available for review at The Other Barn.
A committee consisting of the Architecture Committee Chair, OM Board Co-Chair, OM Village Manager and Covenant Advisors, members of the Resident Architectural Committee, and the members of the OM community met several times over the past five months to review and draft revisions to the existing guidelines. The copy attached is the new draft in its entirety.
We encourage you to review the guidelines and either attend the February 27th meeting and give comments in person, and/or submit comments in advance of the meeting.
